I've had a personally challenging week so I think I need to repeat this week. Since it was a doubles week, I'm trying to figure out what to do. I did most of the workouts but not all. Should I repeat a recovery week and then repeat this week? Or should I just repeat this week? Help!


  1. My two cents is that count this past week as a recovery week and hit it hard THIS week. Come on girl get that focus. Nothing is more important than your health. Make it come 1st!!!

  2. I like that idea. I made it through the back and biceps day with no problem, but I haven't done yoga (supposed to be yesterday). I'm going to do what I can this weekend, and then I'll start doubles all over again this coming week!

  3. I totally agree! We all have our "off" weeks, and it's ok. We can just make up for it on the next week. My rule was if I missed more than 2 workouts, I would repeat. If I still did my workouts, even if they were half-As*, I would still continue my rotation and make up for it the next week. You'll do fine, don't worry too much about it!!

    P.S. I took my pics with a delayed shutter speed while it rested on my dresser. Do the same! lol, :)
