Back and Biceps

Ahh just finished up and getting ready for my day! I had fun with that one today! I feel like I was relying less on the chair than I usually do. I got pretty tired of hammer curls though. The weather is nice today, so I'm wearing a sleeveless shirt to show off my new guns! hahaha

I burned a total of 600 calories!

This is the point I made it to last week before I fell off the wagon... not happening this week! I am uber-busy for the next week, but my workouts are still a priority!

  1. YOURSELF IS A PRIORITY!! Love it! You can't care about anyone else until you care about yourself..but I could write a whole blog about that in itself. Like John said-"Hope is not an action plan."

  2. Great attitude Alyssa! It's easy to get stuck in a "rut" where we do Mon, Tue & Wed or soemthing and then stop for the rest of the week...but you're focused and YOU CAN DO IT!

  3. Hi! I found you while googling P90X blogs. I've been wanting to try P90X forEVER but have been seriously too chicken to order it. I've been focusing on my nutrition and have lost 90 lbs so far, I just bought 5 months of personal training sessions, but am now wishing I splurged on P90X instead. I can't wait to follow your progress!
